A Day in the Life The Acute Care and Monitoring (ACM) operating unit (OU) is committed to excellence in innovation and commercialization, refining our product delivery, innovation, and commercialization approach to enable product leadership across all segments of our portfolio. Key Responsibilities
Drive upstream marketing activities, including market research, customer segmentation, and identification of unmet customer needs.
Develop concepts in alignment with portfolio strategy, long‑range planning, and innovation roadmap.
Build and validate cases for new product opportunities, including market sizing, financial modeling, and competitive analysis.
Partner with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and downstream marketing to integrate customer insights into product development.
Actively foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
Present portfolio strategies and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Ensure alignment with global and regional marketing teams for successful product launches and lifecycle management.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, product management, or strategy, or 5 years with an advanced degree.
Must have upstream marketing experience, including product strategy and portfolio management.
Nice to Have
Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).
10+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or strategy.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Experience in a regulated environment (Patient monitoring or other Med Tech experience).
Track record of bringing new products from concept to market.
