Key Responsibilities The Head of Digital Financial Crimes Compliance will oversee, design, and deliver integrated systems and controls for digital assets. Responsibilities include leading the Digital Assets AML strategy, presenting it in regulatory and audit contexts, coordinating the overall strategy into the financial crimes compliance function, and enhancing compliance operations and analytics. The Managing Director will act as the product owner and subject matter expert to ensure state-of-the-art transaction monitoring and sanctions models, manage risk documentation, and evaluate leading technology tools.
Qualifications Direct experience working with blockchain analytics vendors and tools; 15+ years of compliance experience with obligations including sanctions screening, suspicious activity monitoring, data governance, and data modeling; 10+ years of financial crimes compliance experience at a large bank or virtual asset service provider; proven leadership of financial crime teams operating globally; global regulatory and sector knowledge for digital and virtual assets; advanced quantitative or legal degree preferred.

Salary Salary Range: $170 000 - $282 500 Annual.
