Build the Financial Engine for a Scaling Medicare Home Health Platform PRC Enterprises (PRCE) is a founder‑led home health and hospice platform with Medicare‑certified operations in New Hampshire (Quality Care Home Health & Hospice) and Florida (Patient Resources Company).

With rapid census growth, expanding service lines, and new partnerships with Medicare Advantage plans and ACOs, PRCE is at an inflection point. We are building the financial, operational, and reporting infrastructure needed to support scale across all current and future agencies.

The

Director of Finance

is a cornerstone leadership role responsible for building PRCE’s finance division, strengthening back‑office functions, and driving operational readiness for growth.

Key Responsibilities 1. Build the Finance, Back Office & Operational Infrastructure

Design and scale the HoldCo financial backbone for all PRCE‑owned agencies.

Serve as the day‑to‑day manager of the outsourced RCM vendor to strengthen clean claims, AR Days, and cash collections.

Lead and develop internal finance staff, setting priorities and building a high‑performing team.

2. Own Reporting, Analytics & Financial Visibility

Develop actionable operating reports, dashboards, KPIs, and forecasting tools for leadership.

Lead or support month‑end activities including cash flow updates, AR review, census trends, and labor cost insights.

Build decision‑support models that guide daily operations and future acquisitions.

3. Lead Back Office Operations: AP, Payroll & Labor Finance

Oversee accounts payable workflows in partnership with the external accounting vendor.

Coordinate biweekly payroll with HR and ensure labor data accuracy.

Integrate labor, AP, and RCM data into cohesive financial reporting and management dashboards.

4. Manage External Vendors & Build for Scale

Serve as primary relationship owner for outsourced billing, accounting, and payroll vendors.

Evaluate build‑vs‑buy operational models as the platform expands.

Develop scalable processes, SOPs, and systems to support multi‑site, multi‑state operations.

Experience & Key Attributes

5–10+ years in home health finance, RCM, or multi‑site healthcare operations.

Deep knowledge of Medicare home health billing (PDGM), Medicare Advantage, and end‑to‑end RCM workflows.

Strong analytical, financial modeling, and advanced Excel skills.

Proven ability to drive strong cash flow and achieve top‑quartile AR Days.

Experience managing outsourced vendors and building internal finance/operations capabilities.

Demonstrated success improving systems, building infrastructure, and leading teams.

Entrepreneurial, pragmatic leader comfortable in a fast‑paced, founder‑led environment.

Clear, effective communicator across both ownership and operational teams.
