DineAmic Hospitality is seeking a motivated Senior Accountant to oversee the financial management of a multi-unit restaurant operation under a management agreement with a major real estate landlord. This role will be part of a new venue opening in 2026. The senior accountant will be the primary accounting contact for the deal, responsible for accurate financial reporting, cash flow oversight, contract compliance, and communication with ownership and the landlord’s representatives. Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting functions for the managed entities, including A/R, A/P, payroll allocations, intercompany transactions, and month‑end close. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, P&Ls, and balance sheets for each operating unit. Maintain detailed reporting in accordance with the management agreement, including management fees, reimbursable expenses, and capital project tracking. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies. Manage the unique structure of the management deal, ensuring proper allocation of shared expenses, management fees, and owner reimbursements. Track and reconcile all landlord‑funded and tenant‑funded expenditures (buildouts, operating capital, etc.). Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate flow of revenue and expense data from POS to accounting systems (R365 or equivalent). Prepare financial packages, fee calculations, and required reporting deliverables for landlord approval. Assist in preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts for the managed units. Analyze variances and proactively identify cost‑control opportunities. Oversee cash management and coordinate funding needs with both internal and landlord‑controlled accounts. Ensure all tax filings, vendor compliance, and insurance requirements are met. Support the CFO with audit requests and investor or landlord inquiries. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within hospitality, restaurant groups, or real estate management. Experience with management deals, hotel or F&B management contracts, or similar shared‑entity structures strongly preferred. Proficiency with Restaurant365 or comparable accounting systems. Advanced Excel skills and comfort working across multiple legal entities or cost centers. Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Core Competencies
