We’re supporting a
PE-backed, multi-unit restaurant group
that is seeking an
Interim CFO
to step in quickly and provide steady, hands‑on leadership during a pivotal period.
This is a
roll‑up‑your‑sleeves engagement
for someone who is comfortable operating in high‑pressure environments—stabilizing the finance function, guiding the team, and helping leadership assess what’s needed to support the business going forward. While the accounting function is running, the organization needs a CFO‑level leader who can bring clarity, direction, and momentum.
What they’re looking for (Required Criteria)
Proven
Interim CFO or senior finance leadership
experience
Restaurant / multi‑unit consumer business
background
Experience making
tough, thoughtful decisions
around costs, structure, and priorities
Experience working in or alongside
PE‑owned businesses
or fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environments
Hands‑on leadership style with strong executive presence
MUST be local to Central Ohio
Must have Restaurant Experience
Onsite presence required several days per week (local candidates strongly preferred)
Competitive hourly rate
