League Ambassador
is the local face of Gladiator in your city. Leverage your intimate knowledge of the local tennis community to become a part of one of the fastest growing sports tech companies in the country.

With our next‑generation digital platform, rapidly expanding player base, and new local leagues launching across the U.S., we partner with local ambassadors to bring a professionally managed, community‑driven tennis experience to cities nationwide.
Role Overview The
League Ambassador
is the local face of Gladiator in your city. Your mission is simple:
Help Grow the League.
You’ll build relationships across the local tennis ecosystem, shape the launch strategy for your market, and ensure players have an exceptional experience season after season.
This is a part‑time role requiring roughly
5 hours per week , with heavier involvement during the launch and early growth periods.
Compensation Base Rate:
$40/hour
Performance Incentives:
Commissions:
50% commission for recruiting new players into the league
Bonuses
tied to hitting league size and revenue milestones
Potential equity opportunities
via Gladiator’s stock option plan, awarded based on KPIs such as player count, market revenue, and growth trajectory
Long‑term potential:
This role can evolve into a full‑time position and includes opportunities to participate in the expansion of the Gladiator ecosystem on a national and international basis.
What You’ll Do: 1. Advise on Launch Strategy Based on our proven local market launch strategy and your intimate knowledge of the local market and tennis community, you will advise Gladiator on our local go‑to‑market launch plan. This involves helping to determine initial league season lengths, supported formats, focused sub‑markets, validations of marketing plans, and making introductions to other local tennis influencers who may be interested in helping to promote the league.
2. Build Partnerships You'll help Gladiator develop win‑win relationships with:
Local Park districts
Local Clubs
High school & college coaches
Local Teaching pros
Local tennis influencers
Boutique Tennis shops and tennis community organizations
3. Drive Player Growth
Conduct individual outreach to local players to get feedback on the league
Encourage player‑to‑player referrals
Grow brand visibility at courts, events, community spaces, and online
4. Represent Gladiator at Local Tennis Events Establish a presence at:
Coaching and teaching‑pro conferences
Club / park district events
High school or state finals (if youth offerings launch)
Other relevant tennis gatherings/conferences
5. Help Plan & Host Gladiator Events Help partner or run local events , such as:
Social mixers
Tournaments
Awareness events for new players
The end‑of‑year Colosseum Playoff Experience
6. Helping With Local Grassroots Marketing Example responsibilities:
Dropping off flyers (materials provided)
Visiting HOAs, clubs, and parks
Conducting local outreach to build brand presence
Supporting schedule validation and helping fill seasonal gaps

Professional league administration and customer support
Marketing infrastructure and local paid media campaigns to drive league recruitment and growth
Technology & automation to run the full league experience
Playbooks for partnerships and expansion strategies
