Base Pay Range $200,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr
Position Overview We are looking for a seasoned employment law practitioner to lead and expand our employment practice group. The ideal candidate will bring substantial portable business and demonstrate proven leadership in all aspects of employment and labor law.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of employment law experience with partnership‑level responsibility
Portable book of business of $500,000+ annually
JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in New York
Demonstrated expertise in employment litigation, workplace investigations, compliance counseling, and employment contract matters
Strong track record of client development and retention
Experience managing and mentoring junior attorneys
Professional network within the business community
