Fagen Friedman & Fulfrost LLP (F3 Law) is seeking a lateral
Associate Attorney – Special Education
for our San Diego office to build client relationships with K‑12 schools and community colleges.
Base pay range:
$120,000 – $160,000 per year.
Your actual base salary will be based on your experience and qualifications.
Principal responsibilities:
Assist clients in the individualized education program process
Present workshops
Review and revise policies and procedures
Respond to state and federal compliance complaints and administrative due process hearings outside of traditional litigation contexts
Qualifications:
At least
three (3)
years of practice experience
Member of the State Bar of California
