Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Lightning Developer to join our global team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing and implementing Salesforce systems across retail and investment management businesses for banking clients. This position requires hands‑on coding expertise and 7-10 years of relevant experience. The role involves working closely with various teams to design and develop new features, ensuring solutions align with the firm's vision while integrating third‑party and internal platforms to deliver a unified client ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Enhance and implement Salesforce systems across retail and investment management businesses.
Collaborate with teams to design and develop new features.
Ensure solutions align with the firm's vision and best practices.
Increase adoption and integrate Salesforce with third‑party and internal platforms.
Deploy rapid prototyping to propose solutions to complex challenges.
Qualifications
Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce, preferably Salesforce Lightning in the financial industry.
Proficiency in APEX, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Basic knowledge of integrating Salesforce with third‑party vendors, API integration, and RESTful services.
Expertise in programming, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
Solid knowledge of databases, including SQL and SOQL.
Understanding of DevOps best practices, including version control, CICD tools, and Salesforce DX.
Familiarity with the full development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies.
Experience with Apex test classes and scripts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
