Position Overview Fidelity National Title is seeking a motivated and strategic Commercial Sales Executive to help grow our commercial title business across a diverse client base. This individual will develop and strengthen relationships with key partners in the real estate and legal communities, including law firms, developers, lenders, investors, and other industry professionals. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions and title processes, along with the ability to build trusted relationships and deliver tailored solutions that meet complex client needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy to engage law firms and attorneys not currently using Fidelity National Title for commercial transactions
Build and strengthen relationships within the legal and real estate communities to drive new business opportunities
Partner closely with internal commercial escrow and title teams to ensure exceptional client service and seamless transaction support
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and outreach to position Fidelity National Title as a trusted partner for complex commercial deals
Maintain a deep understanding of commercial title products, closing processes, and industry regulations
Identify market trends and competitive insights to inform business development strategies
Travel to client sites as needed to build relationships and support key opportunities
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; JD or paralegal background in real estate law strongly preferred
Experience in commercial real estate, title, or legal services (sales or client-facing experience highly valued)
Proven ability to develop new business and build lasting professional relationships
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Self-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to operate independently and collaboratively
Preferred Experience
Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions and title insurance processes
Compensation & Benefits FNF, its affiliates, and subsidiaries carefully consider multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, specialty, experience, and work location. Based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience, this position has the potential to earn a base salary in the range of $60,000 - $80,000 annually plus additional commissions. Actual rate may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including skillset, experience and location. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
