Robotic Software Engineer – Humanoid Robotics
Palo Alto, SF Bay Area | Full-Time, Onsite | Up to $200k + Equity

Base pay range $180,000.00/yr – $200,000.00/yr
What You Will Do
Develop and optimize robotics software in C++ using ROS2.
Integrate perception, control, planning, and learning modules.
Deploy reinforcement and imitation learning policies on physical systems.
Build middleware, interfaces, and tooling connecting AI and hardware.
Prototype and validate behaviours across humanoids, manipulators, mobile, and aerial platforms.
Required Qualifications
Strong C++ skills, including multithreading and system‑level optimization.
Professional experience with ROS2 and real robotic platforms.
Proven ability to debug, integrate, and test full‑stack robotic systems.
Comfortable operating as a generalist in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manipulation, kinematics, or controls.
Background in sensor/actuator integration, drivers, or VR‑based prototyping.
Exposure to multiple robot embodiments: humanoids, quadrupeds, or drones.
