Role Overview Join the Strategic Account Management team supporting complex merchants in Sports and Entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
Grow and retain existing Customer base in Sports and Entertainment Seller relationships.
Collaborate with Senior Account Manager and Account Executives to develop growth and retention strategies.
Understand customer needs to help achieve their business goals through Square.
Cross-sell and upsell products and features by discovering customer leads.
Effectively and strategically address customer concerns and issues.
Work with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure the best customer experience.
Help close operational gaps required to manage seller relationships.
Support account management peers by taking on a product specialization.
Qualifications
2-3 years experience in Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management, or related field.
Experience discovering and closing sales opportunities and building client relationships.
Experience managing a pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Strong interest in business operations and strategy.
Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Passion and knowledge about how new technologies can serve small and medium businesses.
Comfort in ambiguity and providing feedback on new processes.
Entrepreneurial spirit.
Experience in Sports and Entertainment operations or technology deployments is a plus.
A BA/BS or relevant experience.

Pay Transparency Zone A : $135,200.00 - $202,800.00
Zone B : $125,788.00 - $188,604.00
Zone C : $119,002.00 - $178,412.00
Zone D : $108,212.00 - $162,188.00
