Help customers realize the full potential of Rippling by consolidating more processes into our platform. Engage customers proactively through lifecycle events such as go live, executive business reviews, and contract renewal. Field customer requests and lead initiatives that meet company objectives for adoption, retention, and revenue growth. Consult clients to understand their HR, IT, Finance, and global workforce management needs using a solutions‑based selling approach. Build relationships with multiple stakeholders through remote meetings and navigate a structured sales process. Negotiate and coordinate customer procurement and contract execution. Build and manage a pipeline of new subscription cross‑sales, product upgrades, and contract renewals to quarterly targets. Develop deep knowledge of current and new Rippling products via customer adoption playbooks and prospecting. Partner with the Technical Account Manager to devise account plans, long‑term goals, and client strategies; collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer success and long‑term retention. What You Will Need
3+ years of SaaS experience in account management or sales. Consistently meeting and exceeding quota through new product sales and upgrades. Competitive, creative drive to win over customers and think outside the box to close deals. Demonstrated ability to run a structured sales discovery and demo meeting. Proven success building and maintaining long‑term commercial relationships. Highly effective communicator with strong people instincts and the ability to build trust inside and outside the company. Highly organized, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented with great follow‑through on projects and tasks. High integrity and enthusiasm about a great company for the long term. New Logo Sales / Account Executive experience a plus, but not required. Additional Information
