Senior Director of Facilities & Construction Management
We’re seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented
Senior Director of Facilities & Construction Management
to lead all aspects of facilities operations, new construction, and renovation projects. This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership to ensure timely, cost‑effective, and high‑quality project delivery across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of construction and renovation projects.
Manage design teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with codes, permits, and standards.
Direct maintenance, repairs, and equipment replacement while maintaining inventory and budgets.
Respond to urgent facility needs and ensure safety compliance.
Develop and manage operating and capital budgets aligned with organizational goals.
Lead and mentor management staff, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
Support real‑estate initiatives and cross‑functional projects.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience:
10+ years in engineering or construction management.
5+ years in executive or management roles overseeing facilities or construction.
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Hawai‘i PE license preferred.
Ability to travel interisland (up to 25%).
