We’re seeking a dynamic professional to build and grow relationships across the startup and venture ecosystem. This role focuses on engaging with universities, accelerators, founders, investors, and industry groups to drive business development, expand visibility, and support early-stage companies. You’ll collaborate closely with partners and practice groups, manage CRM activity, support events and content initiatives, and help position the firm as a trusted advisor to emerging companies. Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with startups, VCs, universities, and accelerators Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and referrals Support events, sponsorships, and thought leadership initiatives Collaborate with partners and practice groups on business development efforts Research market trends, prospective clients, and investors Track activity, metrics, and reporting through CRM systems Required Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of startup and venture capital ecosystems 8+ years of relevant experience; 3+ years in VC, accelerators, or startup-focused BD Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Seniority Level
