as a Senior Manager in the Workplace Services Business Unit Risk. This role supports risk management for four business units and drives initiatives to strengthen controls and improve client experience.
Responsibilities
Lead the Risk and Control Self‑Assessment (RCSA) and Issue Management facilitation, managing RCSA changes and issue creation/closure with senior leaders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Risk and Control Assurance Testing (RCAT), partnering with senior leadership to streamline testing engagements.
Oversee escalations, including Risk Events, and assess BU Risk response.
Coordinate efforts with key business partners in managing WS BU Risk initiatives.
Provide project updates and status to stakeholders to enable action on issues.
Offer consultation, facilitation, and analytical support to ensure internal controls and compliance with regulatory obligations.
Collaborate with executives to create, sustain, and strengthen the internal control framework through risk identification and control design and implementation.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in risk management or similar roles.
Strong project management skills, including working on multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing risk/business needs.
Experience performing audits, risk assessments, and reviewing and developing key processes and controls.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present to Executive Management.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to build relationships with numerous business partners across the organization.
Effective collaboration with technical and non‑technical resources.
Excellent time management, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to managing project lifecycle events, issues, and obstacles.
Solid business acumen, attention to detail, flexibility, and judgment to evaluate high‑complexity issues and make sound decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
RCSA experience.
