Associate Recruiting Senior Specialist
to lead lateral associate hiring in Litigation & Trial and Tax. This role drives the full recruitment lifecycle, provides market insights, represents the firm at events, and mentors team members, all within a high-profile, collaborative environment. This role will be hybrid in D.C.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end lateral associate recruitment, ensuring exceptional candidate experience.
Plan and execute recruiting events, campaigns, and social initiatives to attract top legal talent.
Develop reports, market insights, and recruitment strategies for leadership.
Supervise team members, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with employment policies and best practices.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
6+ years in legal recruitment; 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment platforms.
