Position Overview As a Senior Manager in the Go-to-Market Program Management Office, you will lead a team of Program Managers orchestrating go-to-market readiness across a portfolio of transformation and growth initiatives in partnership with change management, enablement, operational and technical delivery partners.

Your influence spans working with the business to shape measurable intake requests, delivering measurable business outcomes, and driving high performance and development.

Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of Program Managers; provide guidance, mentor, and upskill to deliver initiatives Dive into program details to uncover friction or challenge and lead the team to resolution Facilitate conversations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear program scope, objectives, and deliverables Ensure portfolio includes comprehensive project plans following program management governance (timelines, milestones, RAID logs, reporting) Identify cross-portfolio connections, dependencies, and risks and facilitate conversations that drive action Partner with stakeholders to refine intake requests focusing on quantified revenue impact and alignment with business goals Participate in intake reviews and manage associated team allocation and capacity Contribute to continuous improvement of program operations (intake, methodology, reporting, metrics)

Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management with at least 3-5 years in a team leadership role Experience leading go-to-market transformation or growth programs in the technology industry Strong leadership, people management skills, inspire teams, coach effectively, manage performance Strong business acumen in go-to-market teams & strategy Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships Natural tendency toward data & metrics as they apply to programs and program operations Demonstrated experience in delivering a portfolio of complex go-to-market programs across diverse stakeholder team Experience in change management, process definition, and enablement and collaboration with internal product and operations teams Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make strategic decisions in ambiguous situations Ability to manage across priorities, balancing individual contribution with management responsibility Experience and comfort in working in agile environments, with ability to flex and adapt to changes Experience structuring and facilitating in‑person and remote meetings and workshops aligning diverse stakeholders around a common mission and action plan Experience applying PMO‑governed program management methodologies and standard tools and artifacts PMP, Change Management, or relatable certifications highly desirable Ability to travel as required (up to 25%)
