Akkodis is seeking a

Senior Technical Program Manager

for a

Contract

with a client in

Houston, TX (Remote) . Must have proven experience managing large‐scale software programs and leading technical program management teams to ensure execution excellence.

Rate Range:

$85/hour to $90/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Responsibilities

Lead cross‑functional program execution by managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple technical teams.

Define program scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and resource allocation.

Facilitate communication between engineering, product, and operations teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery.

Monitor progress and report status to senior leadership, providing clear metrics and actionable insights.

Drive process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability across technical programs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; master’s degree preferred.

8+ years in program or project management, with at least 3+ years in a senior technical leadership role.

Proven experience managing large‑scale, cross‑functional technical programs with complex dependencies.

Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation strategies.

Pay Details:

$85.00 to $90.00 per hour
