Program Manager

with a client in
San Jose, CA.
You will lead and execute high-profile executive briefings and client-driven projects within the Customer Experience Center.
Rate Range:
$30/hour to $34/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Program Manager Job Responsibilities
Lead and execute large-scale, client-driven projects within the Customer Experience Center headquarters.
Plan, coordinate, and deliver executive briefings for strategic customers, ensuring agendas align with business objectives.
Engage with sales leaders, executive-level customers, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
Own the end-to-end briefing process, including agenda negotiation, risk mitigation, and timely collection of relevant information.
Ensure all events are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining high standards of organization and communication.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support new initiatives and continuously improve the customer engagement experience.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2–4 years in program or project management within an Executive Briefing Center (EBC) or similar customer engagement environment.
Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute executive briefings or high-profile customer events, engaging with senior stakeholders.
Strong organizational and communication skills with a track record of delivering client‑facing programs on time and within budget.

Pay Details Pay Details:
$30.00 to $34.00 per hour
