Location:
Hybrid role with a requirement to work onsite at the HHS Washington, DC office 1 (one) to two (2) days per week.
The IV&V / Program Management Consultant supports day-to-day IV&V, program management, and website content and effectiveness of activities, including coordination, reporting, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Perform IV&V testing, validation, and defect tracking activities
Assist with system monitoring and performance measurement
Support analysis, review, and improvement of DIS website content, knowledge base materials, FAQs, and user guidance
Collect and analyze website usage statistics and usability metrics
Support recommendations for improving website organization, content clarity, and user experience
Support meeting facilitation, communications, and action item tracking
Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
Maintain documentation repositories and program records
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Public Administration, or related field
5+ years supporting federal IT or program management efforts
Experience with performance reporting, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and web content support
Strong organizational and analytical skills
