What You’ll Do
Assist in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily investment properties Source opportunities through owner outreach, relationships, and market research Support underwriting, valuation, and offering materials Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and transaction execution Collaborate with senior brokers on active listings and buyer representation What We’re Looking For
Interest in commercial real estate and investment brokerage Strong communication skills and professional presence Self‑motivated, disciplined, and detail‑oriented Prior real estate, finance, or sales experience is a plus, but not required Why Starker West
