Profile of an Enterprise Sales Director As an Enterprise Sales Director at TENEX, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities. You will expand our customer base and help organizations strengthen their cybersecurity defenses with TENEX’s cutting‑edge MDR solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned territories or verticals.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers, including CISOs, IT security leaders, and procurement teams.

Manage partner relationships and support their portfolios.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution overviews.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Collaborate across Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts in CRM.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.

Represent TENEX at industry events and networking opportunities.

Continuously refine sales strategies using data insights.

Travel up to 50% to build client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Sales & Industry Expertise

5+ years in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology sales

Proven track record of exceeding quotas in fast‑paced environments

Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, MDR services, and threat landscape

Experience with SIEM, EDR, SOAR, or related technologies (plus)

Sales & Communication Skills

Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities across all organizational levels

Ability to package and deliver compelling presentations and business cases

Ability to convey technical concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Sales certifications such as MEDDIC, Challenger Sales, or Sandler Training are a plus
