As a Benefits Specialist at TikTok, you will be supporting various employee benefits, including but not limited to Leave of Absence (LOA), healthcare benefits, and 401(k) retirement plan. The ideal candidate should have strong experience and knowledge in leave management, benefits operation and applicable compliance requirements per different types of plans, along with benefits vendor management and system optimization experience. Manage Leave of Absence (LOA) cases and daily operations, serve as the liaison between the employee, leave and disability vendor, manager, and HRBP regarding their need for leave, closely collaborate with the business on complex scenarios. Provide ongoing tier‑2 support to employees and businesses throughout the leave journey, manage LOA email inbox and internal tickets. Manage LOA communication and wiki guides, identify service and process gaps through daily operation and deliver continuous improvement on employee experience and operation efficiency. Build Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Aids to provide instructions for leaving related tasks. Manage Workers Compensation claims. Partner with Legal/ER on high‑risk cases to ensure compliant and consistent handling. Ensure high‑quality service and timely follow‑through on escalated inquiries. Prepare and validate wage information confirmations for state disability, paid family leave claims, workers’ comp cases, or other income replacement programs. Maintain up‑to‑date training materials, guides, and knowledge resources. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Advantageous to have 3+ years' HR related work experience, with hands on experience in Leave of Absence (LOA) and benefits administration in a high‑volume environment. Experience in Workday, ADP, AbsenceOne, or other benefits administration system is highly preferred. Ability to work in a fast‑moving environment, multi‑tasking, and meet deadlines. Expert in Excel and attention to detail. Great communication skills, interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills. About Us

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $72200 - $164000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
