Job Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle Revenue Management Cloud (RMCS) Lead Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service, ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and IFRS 15 revenue recognition standards. The consultant will lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing, while providing guidance to clients throughout the implementation process. The ideal candidate should collaborate with our Clients to understand their business requirements, design solutions and support the implementation process to facilitate successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS), including solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to revenue recognition.
Provide functional expertise on ASC 606 and IFRS 15 revenue recognition compliance.
Configure RMCS to automate revenue recognition processes and integrate with Oracle Cloud Financials and other enterprise systems.
Deliver functional and technical documentation, including BRD, MD50s, test scripts, and training materials.
Conduct system testing, UAT support, and troubleshooting to ensure successful implementation.
Train and support end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
Collaborate with technical teams to design integrations with upstream and downstream applications.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation.
Co‑ordinate with the offshore functional and technical teams as needed for all project deliverables throughout the different phases of the implementation.
Mandatory Skills
10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, with at least 3 years in Oracle Revenue Management Cloud (RMCS).
Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606 / IFRS 15).
Experience leading multiple full‑cycle RMCS implementations.
Hands‑on experience in configuring RMCS, including contract identification, performance obligations, and revenue allocation.
Expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.) is a plus.
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Oracle Cloud Certifications in Revenue Management or Financials is preferred.
Knowledge of Oracle PaaS and integration tools (OIC, FBDI, Web Services).
Ability to work independently and lead teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit‑gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, perform functional testing and conduct user training workshops.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education plus relevant experience, in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Management, Business Administration, or related technical field.
