Litigation Attorney

with

5‑8 years of experience

to join their team in a

hybrid work arrangement

(2‑3 days in office). This attorney will have experience with employment litigation and may also handle matters involving civil defense, including insurance defense, construction litigation, liability, and commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional legal writing skills and the ability to manage complex cases for sophisticated clients.

Offer

Salary range: $150,000‑$180,000, contingent on experience

Annual performance‑based bonus

Annual performance review with potential base salary adjustments

Hybrid schedule with strong work‑life balance (1750 billable hours)

Qualifications

5‑8 years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law or civil defense.

Strong legal writing abilities and comfortable handling complex litigation matters.

Experience with a mix of plaintiff and defense, or prior prosecution experience combined with defense work.

Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is required.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in employment and civil defense litigation matters, including insurance defense, construction litigation, liability, and commercial disputes.

Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents; conduct legal research; and manage cases through all phases of litigation.

Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop strategies and deliver high‑quality legal services.
