Manage and motivate a team of engineers to deliver data processing solutions
Collaborate with the deep learning software engineering community to improve open-source code
Develop and maintain a project roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs
Define project goals and scope, ensuring timely execution and delivery
Promote an environment of innovation and creativity within the team
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Math, or related field, or equivalent experience6+ years of overall experience, including 3+ years in team management
Proven experience in designing and testing large-scale software
Proficiency in C++ and Python
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with the open-source community
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with image processing, computer vision, or 3D graphics algorithms
Expertise in parallel programming and performance optimization on modern computer architectures (e.g., CUDA, MPI)
Experience managing open-source projects, including GitHub and OSS licensing
Background in working with distributed teams across various locations
