Production Management & Planning: using software Mozaik Team Leadership & Development Quality Control & Process Improvement Operational Oversight Requirements

Proven experience as a

Production Manager

or

General Manager

in a custom cabinetry, millwork, or planned furniture manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with

Mozaik

software (cut lists, optimization, CNC integration, reporting).

Solid understanding of woodworking techniques, cabinet construction, and manufacturing processes.

Leadership experience managing multi‑disciplinary production teams.

Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to analyze production data and drive operational improvements.

Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or similar methodologies is a plus.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
