Responsibilities
Understand and drive the center’s key KPIs and financials, including P&L.
Build and maintain relationships with families and align with core values.
Oversee center-level initiatives (maintenance, training, brand consistency).
Maintain daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and maintenance.
Manage employee issues and documentation.
Set and communicate coach schedules.
Schedule, sell, and staff events (camps, parties) to maximize profitability.
Drive membership sales through outbound calls and inbound leads.
Exceed sales and operational budgets.
Respond promptly to corporate and client requests.
Drive sales via in‑center trial conversion.
Foster a coaching culture; monitor coach performance.
Recruit, screen, interview, onboard, train, and evaluate coaching candidates.
Ensure legal and company compliance of coaching paperwork.
Lead coaching evaluations with a 30/60/90 model.
Support staff professional development.
Lead staff meetings and trainings.
Attend weekly leadership meetings.
Supervise Coaches, Lead Coach, and Assistant GM.
Coach students with curriculum focusing on brain, physical, and character development for ages 15 months–11 years.
Complete required training via LearnUpon.
Communicate professionally via Slack.
Work in a physically intensive environment (up to 25 lb, moving equipment).
Ensure safety and proper technique with children.
Lead monthly staff meetings focused on culture, development, product, and performance.
Qualifications & Skills
Passion for working with children (non‑negotiable).
Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians on a variety of topics.
Prior experience in pediatric OT/PT a plus.
Previous management experience preferred.
2–4 years of sales experience.
Experience with Google platforms.
Experience with GloFox, LearnUpon, CareerPlug, Gusto preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, body mechanics.
CPR certified.
