Senior Strategy Operations Manager (Travel Solutions) - TikTok Local Services

Responsibilities
GTM Strategy Development: develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for the travel industry, aligning with overall company objectives; conduct analysis to identify market trends, customer needs and competitive landscapes; develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention; collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM initiatives.
Industry Analysis: stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, products, regulations and emerging technologies; monitor competitive activities; identify opportunities for differentiation; conduct in‑depth analysis of market data to inform strategic decision‑making.
Performance Measurement: analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing efforts; establish KPIs and track performance against goals.
Product Strategy: define and refine the product roadmap for travel‑related products and services; conduct market analysis to identify new product opportunities and gaps; develop product positioning and messaging to effectively communicate value to external partners.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
Experience driving strategic marketing or product management.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful GTM strategies.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working as part of a global or international team.
Robust product acumen, with the ability to understand and contribute to product strategy.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $104,712 - $192,534 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range based on qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package and may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary by employment nature and country; employees have access to medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated at hire with increasing accruals).
For Los Angeles County (unincorporated) candidates the following duties may be impacted by criminal history: (1) interacting and occasionally having unsupervised contact with clients and/or colleagues; (2) appropriately handling confidential information; (3) exercising sound judgment.
