Responsibilities

Partner Development and Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key travel partners and be fully responsible for partner performance on TikTok. Understand the specific needs and goals of each partner. Collaborate with partners on product integration, optimization, and performance improvement. Negotiate and manage partner contracts and agreements.

Product Strategy and Development: Work with internal cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product initiatives. Analyze partner performance data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Provide input on product roadmap and feature enhancements.

Content Strategy and Operations: Ensure that content meets supply and quality standards and aligns with partner business goals. Collaborate with content teams to develop and optimize content strategies for partners.

Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics. Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to partners and internal teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as product, engineering, data and operations to ensure successful partner management. Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

At least 5+ years of experience in senior business development or account management.

Experience managing high-performance and goal-driven teams.

Highly analytical mindset with a strong understanding of performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of the travel industry or monetization/ads sales business.

Preferred experience working as part of a global or international team.

Robust product acumen, with the ability to understand and contribute to product strategy.

Job Information For Pay Transparency

Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $182,780 - $322,240 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
