Additional Job Description West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences seek a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist (ranks available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor).
The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Martinsburg, West Virginia and will also provide remote services.
Duties Practice in the areas of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Provide excellent patient care and actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. Leadership opportunities may be available.
Qualifications MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and eligible for state medical license. Completed an ACGME accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program, as well as a Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) fellowship program. Board certified/eligible in MFM by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.

Our Obstetrical outreach program strengthens our comprehensive enterprise, complemented by an active maternal transport service and an MFM consulting team that conducts its own ultrasounds. Additionally, our department of Pathology houses an accredited Cytogenetics Laboratory for prenatal diagnosis.
Location and Community Morgantown, West Virginia is located just over an hour south of Pittsburgh, PA and three hours from Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, MD.
