Responsibility Overview

The Director is responsible for owning and leading the commercial strategy, launch excellence, market shaping and development efforts, customer solutions, go‑to‑market model, and LCM efforts for TAR 210 (ErdaiDRS).

Key Responsibilities

Lead commercial strategy, launch excellence, market shaping & development, go‑to‑market model, and LCM efforts for TAR 200 +/- CET

Coordinate with business partners to ensure strategic alignment and execution.

Establish unique solutions to elevate the customer experience.

Regions develop, shape and implement commercial strategies, precision medicine/testing strategies, tactics, customer solutions and messaging.

Medical Affairs to ensure robust publication plans and enduring/differentiating data generation.

Market Access to develop value propositions to support reimbursement and approvals worldwide.

Partner across a diverse matrix of collaborators to deliver results.

R&D and Regulatory to bring commercial insight, develop/strengthen the Target Product Profile (TPP), and implement the broader vision for J&J’s leadership in bladder cancer.

Key cross‑functional partners (Analytics, Finance, Competitive Intelligence, etc.) to develop differentiating value proposition and commercial forecast valuation models.

Create a culture of patient centricity and best practice sharing.

Education A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. Postgraduate qualification, PhD, MBA, or other graduate degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications / Requirements

A minimum of 7 years of dynamic experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.

A minimum of 3 years’ demonstrated in‑line marketing, market access, marketing support, or sales management/training experience implementing marketing strategy is required.

Ability to handle multiple demands and priorities on time, lead teams, gain alignment and drive decision‑making is required.

Strong executive, verbal and written communication skills are required, along with demonstrated presentation skills.

Preferred

Prior oncology experience or scientific background is strongly preferred.

Senior brand responsibility, alliance management experience, people management, product launch, experience working with global teams and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical development is preferred.

Significant international experience; specifically previous working experience with complicated geographies; working knowledge of differing reimbursement markets is preferred.

Other This position is based in Raritan, NJ and will require up to 25% domestic and international travel.

Pay The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $146,000 – $251,850.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time‑off benefits: vacation – 120 hours per calendar year; sick time – 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – 56 hours per calendar year; holiday pay, including floating holidays – 13 days per calendar year; work, personal and family time – up to 40 hours per calendar year; parental leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child; condolence leave – 30 days for an immediate family member; 5 days for an extended family member; caregiver leave – 10 days; volunteer leave – 4 days; military spouse time‑off – 80 hours.
