A senior, client-facing commercial leader responsible for driving growth in revenue via opportunity identification, strategic partnerships, solutioning with delivery team and long-term value creation for Pharma clients. This role serves as a trusted advisor to CXO, Commercial, Medical, and Market Access leaders, translating advanced data, analytics and AI applications into measurable commercial and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Own sales, business development, and account expansion across Pharma, with full accountability for revenue growth.
Act as executive sponsor for strategic Pharma accounts, managing relationships from pre‑sales through sustained engagement.
Lead solution storytelling and deal shaping around Data, analytics, advanced modeling and AI.
Partner with client leadership to address their priority needs around strategy and operations as it relates to various areas such as commercialization, drug development, market access etc.
Drive adoption of GenAI and Large Functional Models across commercial, patient, and real‑world data use cases.
Guide delivery of patient analytics, field force analytics, launch excellence analytics, and forecasting models.
Define and track commercial KPIs, ROI metrics, and performance dashboards aligned to Pharma business objectives.
Build and lead high‑performing, client‑aligned teams across sales, data, analytics, and consulting.
Maintain deep knowledge of Pharma commercial data ecosystems, regulations, and industry trends.
Required Experience & Capabilities
15+ years in Pharma analytics, commercial strategy, or consulting, with strong client‑facing and sales leadership experience.
Proven success selling analytics, GenAI, or data‑driven commercial solutions to Pharma companies.
Deep understanding of Pharma commercial workflows: brand, sales, marketing, launch, and patient engagement.
Hands‑on knowledge of predictive analytics, modeling, and applied data analytics (business‑led focus).
Expertise in patient analytics, field force effectiveness, launch excellence, KPI frameworks, and forecasting.
Strong exposure to Pharma data sets (claims, Rx, longitudinal patient data, CRM, RWE).
Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and influence skills.
Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and scale senior, high‑impact teams.
Preferred
Experience working with US Pharma commercial data and enterprise clients.
Prior P&L or large account ownership.
Exposure to GenAI deployment in regulated Pharma environments.
Experience working with IT teams to deploy enterprise level solutions / support transformation.
