Base pay range $153,400.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Entrata Software, a leading provider of property management solutions, is seeking a bold and visionary Director of Product, AI & Automations to launch and lead a new product vertical focused on transforming operational efficiency through AI-native process automation. This high-impact role will own the charter for redefining how property management teams and internal stakeholders automate workflows, boost productivity, and scale intelligently.

Responsibilities
Foundational Team Leadership: Build and lead a new product team focused on automating high-value business processes across Entrata’s platform. Hire and mentor product managers and other key contributors
Vision & Strategy: Define and evangelize a compelling product vision for AI-powered automation, aligned with Entrata’s strategic priorities, customer needs, and platform roadmap
AI-First Product Development: Lead discovery and development of intelligent features using LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, and tool integrations that deliver measurable ROI to internal users and enterprise customers
Cross-Functional Execution: Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, go-to-market, and AI platform teams to deliver seamless automation experiences across workflows
Use Case Prioritization: Identify, scope, and prioritize the most impactful business processes to automate, leveraging customer input, data insights, and internal partner feedback
Enterprise-Scale Enablement: Design automation capabilities that scale across diverse property portfolios, configurations, and compliance environments
Customer & Stakeholder Advocacy: Serve as the internal and external face of Entrata’s automation vision—engaging with customers, partners, and industry peers to ensure product-market fit and influence go-to-market strategy
Metrics-Driven Impact: Define and track product KPIs (efficiency, adoption, time saved, error reduction, etc.) and use these insights to iterate and refine product offerings
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Stay current on AI and automation trends, emerging technologies (RAG, tool use, autonomous agents), and evolving LLM capabilities to inform product direction
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an advanced degree in Business, Law, or a technical domain
10+ years of experience in product management or adjacent roles within the software industry, with 7+ years managing product or technical teams
Fluent in applied AI and LLMs across the SDLC , with expertise in advanced prompting, context engineering, agentic tool use, and designing AI-augmented workflows that drive automation, precision, and scale
Proven track record of launching and scaling complex B2B software products, especially those involving automation, AI, or operational tooling
Experience with enterprise customers and internal tooling environments; ability to balance internal business needs with customer-facing automation features
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a bias for action and experimentation
Deep familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and modern product development tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a software engineer, technical product manager, or ML/AI product owner
Exposure to process automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, UiPath, Workato) or workflow orchestration tools
Experience building internal tools or developer-facing platforms
MBA or equivalent strategic leadership training
