Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist & Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality precision components. This role requires a strong understanding of CNC machining processes, programming techniques, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines including lathes and milling machines.
Program CNC machines using Esprit and G-Code for various machining operations.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining specifications.
Conduct precision measurements using measurement equipment to ensure product quality.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any operational issues.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.
Implement quality control measures to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
Required Qualifications
5+ years proven experience as a CNC Machinist and Programmer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Strong skills in Solidworks / CAD.
Proficiency in CAM (Esprit, Mastercam, or other CAM program).
Familiarity with precision measurement equipment and quality control processes.
Familiarity with GD&T standards (ASME Y14.5).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, or Certifications in Precision Machining Technology.
