Base Pay Range:
$220,000 – $270,000 per year
The Ipsos Client Organization (CO) builds and maintains long‑term, sustainable client relationships at both global and local levels, driven by commercial centricity, business acumen, and passion for client success. CO serves as the voice of clients inside Ipsos and drives profitable growth. Client Officers are senior executives focused on building lasting relationships by understanding business contexts, priorities, and identifying buying points across Ipsos’ portfolio of services.
About this SVP, Senior Client Officer role This role concentrates on the tech sector and will join a high‑performing team covering one of Ipsos’ largest tech clients. The SVP will develop new relationships, create new buying points, and drive growth in new areas with a major diversified tech client. The position enjoys high visibility within Ipsos and reports to the EVP of the Tech, Media, Telecomm (TMT) sector at Ipsos US. It collaborates with other executive stakeholders, Service Line Leaders, and Global Account Leaders.
KPIs for this role
Leverage relationships, expertise, and industry cache to drive growth for Ipsos across new buying centers at the major tech company.
Create adjacencies for growth by building on existing Ipsos work with the client.
Collaborate with Ipsos service teams to optimize offerings for growth.
Work closely with the Ipsos US Client Leader and Global Client Leader to plan growth strategies, map stakeholders, and coordinate across the account.
Ensure a ‘One Ipsos’ approach where multiple services combine to unlock differentiation and drive growth.
Requirements for this role
Proven track record in sales/business development in consumer insights, marketing research, analytics, or data.
Understand industry and Ipsos‑specific approaches and tools so new prospects feel confident speaking with a senior representative; tie client needs to Ipsos solutions.
Proven sales or business development experience in the tech or media sector.
High levels of collaboration and ability to achieve growth at large, matrixed companies.
Ability to navigate and drive growth with a large enterprise client comprised of diverse B2C and B2B units.
Data‑driven approaches to growth strategy, planning, and internal influence.
Existing network and a drive to network with Ipsos experts.
Attention to detail to track the sales process and reporting.
Continuous learning of sector knowledge to inform strategies.
Influence and relationship‑building with client prospects and internal colleagues respectfully, positively, and productively in a matrixed environment.
Impactful communication and presentation skills.

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $220,000 to $260,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non‑discriminatory factors.
