Government Contract Manager

The Contract Manager for Government Contracts will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Operating Company's federal contracting needs. This includes management of proposals, negotiations, and post-award compliance. The role supports preparation of solicitations, modifications, and the necessary documentation on behalf of the Operating Company. Responsibilities also include contract loading, payments, and acting as liaison between the Operating Company and contracting officers. Key Responsibilities
Negotiate and manage Federal Contracts and Agreements (e.g., FSS, IDIQ, ECAT, MSPV, Consignment). Collaborate with OpCo business partners regarding strategies and implementation planning. Work closely with Government Contracting Officers, J&J Sales Reps, Customer Service, and other stakeholders involved in federal government orders. Perform additional duties as assigned and rotate with department personnel. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business-related concentration (MBA preferred). 6-8 years of related business experience, including 3 years in Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Tech. Strong written, verbal, and communication skills. Strong time-management, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage conflicting priorities. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Preferred
3+ years in Government or Commercial Contracting. Experience developing proposals, negotiating, and managing contracts. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation contract clauses. Knowledge of Non-FAMP, FCP, BP, and AMP calculations. Access database skills. Other
The position may require up to 10% domestic travel. Pay Range
$102,000.00 – $177,100.00 per year. Benefits
