Responsibilities About the Team: The Ads Platform team is responsible for partnering very closely with the Ads SMB business teams and empowering every SMB to launch and scale successful ad campaigns through SMB optimized intelligent automations and seamless experiences. We want to make TikTok Ads Manager the launchpad and business partner for SMBs - where intelligent systems and elegant interfaces enable businesses to discover, reach, engage, and grow their customers.

Partner closely with the SMB teams and co‑own key business metrics for the SMB vertical.

SMB Product Experience Ownership: Oversee the definition and prioritization of end‑to‑end product experiences for SMBs —from acquisition, onboarding, retention, to growth—ensuring solutions address their unique pain points (e.g., resource constraints, simplified operation needs).

Champion innovative, high‑impact features that boost SMB advertiser success; balance short‑term user needs with long‑term scalability of the product ecosystem.

Cohesive UX and platform capabilities: Design cohesive UX for SMBs based on a deep understanding of SMB advertiser needs and building scalable, reusable solutions from a platform perspective.

Cross‑Functional & Global Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Design, and Data teams to align on roadmap priorities, resolve trade‑off decisions, and execute launch plans.

Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics to remove obstacles and drive timely delivery of key initiatives.

Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Scaling: Build a deep understanding of SMB customer segments and personas leveraging user research, behavioral analytics, and market trends to uncover actionable insights.

Establish a culture of data‑driven iteration within the team: set up processes to track product performance, analyze gaps, and drive continuous improvement of SMB solutions.

Experience and excitement with using AI to build better products as well as optimize your own and your team's workflows (e.g., Prototyping, DS analysis).

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

3+ years of product management experience shipping scalable advertiser facing solutions.

Proven track record of leading end‑to‑end product cycles integrating customer feedback into requirements, and driving measurable business outcomes.

Demonstrated ability to own and deliver on strategic priorities, especially fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Deep expertise in the digital advertising or marketing technology, with a focus on SMB advertiser needs and challenges.

Experience leading products in one or more of: self‑serve onboarding, UX redesigns of high usage surfaces, Growth and Funnel optimization, Customer lifecycle management, Recommendations, AI assistant, AI outreach.

Ability to go deep into complex product workflows, simplify them, sketch and prototype improvements and inspire stakeholders around your vision.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills: ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and communicate insights to senior leadership.

Proven experience influencing and collaborating with key stakeholders; ability to drive alignment across diverse cultural and business contexts.

Job Information 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149,040 - $311,600 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
