Senior Business Analyst
Location: Onsite in Minneapolis (not considering relocation candidates)

Responsibilities
Partner closely with business leaders and project teams to uncover workflow challenges and streamline inefficiencies.
Lead structured discovery sessions to gather and clarify requirements, ensuring that every detail is documented and actionable.
Develop clear business and functional requirements that guide design, testing, and implementation.
Act as the connector between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring communication flows smoothly.
Coordinate user testing, oversee acceptance criteria, and ensure successful validation of new processes or systems.
Create accessible training and support materials that help end users confidently adapt to change.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and assist with troubleshooting or process refinements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent hands‑on experience).
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience analyzing processes and delivering business improvement initiatives.
Proven strength in requirements elicitation, documentation, and UAT coordination.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex problems.
Comfortable using JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiar with Scaled Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Thrive in environments with multiple priorities and moving pieces.
