Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance FP&A leadership or management experience in a fast‑paced environment Strong financial reporting and GAAP knowledge Advanced Excel skills Experience owning forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills Ability to partner with senior leadership and executives Excellent written and verbal communication skills Authorization to work in the U.S. Ability to pass a background check Nice to Haves
Experience in a Private Equity–backed organization Big 4 accounting, consulting, or banking background Experience in the insurance industry or insurance-related accounting Experience with Planful, Blackline, or similar financial reporting tools Experience supporting Board-level reporting and presentations
