Responsibilities

Win new business and drive revenue for Anthropic within the LATAM financial services sector.

Own the full sales cycle in your territory, from initial outbound to close.

Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to financial services procurement cycles across LATAM markets.

Manage complex, multi-country deal cycles and navigate regional regulatory and procurement requirements to exceed revenue quotas.

Analyze financial market landscapes, competitive dynamics, and regional trends to translate high-level plans into targeted sales activities and campaigns.

Spearhead market expansion across LATAM banking, insurance, fintech, research centers, and administrative offices.

Build deep relationships across diverse stakeholder groups and communicate value propositions in Portuguese and Spanish.

Inform product roadmaps and features by gathering feedback from LATAM financial users and conveying market needs.

Continuously refine the financial services sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices.

Qualifications

Professional fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English; native or near-native proficiency in all three languages.

5+ years of LATAM financial services sales experience, including banking, insurance, fintech, or related sectors.

Deep understanding of LATAM financial services buying cycles, decision-making processes, and key pain points.

Strategic, analytical approach to assessing LATAM financial services markets combined with creative, tactical execution.

Extensive experience negotiating complex agreements within LATAM financial services procurement frameworks and understanding regional regulatory requirements.

Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing multi-country deal cycles.

Excellent communication skills and ability to present confidently to technical experts and C-level executives in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

Passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems and their applications in financial services.

Compensation Expected base compensation: $290,000 - $435,000 USD. The full compensation package includes equity, benefits, and may include incentive compensation.

Logistics Education requirements:

At least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Location-based hybrid policy:

Staff are expected to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Some roles may require more on-site presence.

Visa sponsorship:

We sponsor visas where possible and retain an immigration lawyer to assist the process.
