Job Purpose

As a Treasury Analyst reporting to the Director, Treasury, you will join the Finance and Treasury team and play a critical role in supporting the company’s financial infrastructure. Key responsibilities include managing treasury operations, loan compliance, and bank administration for a rapidly expanding renewable energy platform. You will ensure accurate execution of draws and rent processes, oversee Letters of Credit and bonds, and maintain treasury systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

Collect and reconcile debt service invoices for construction and operating loans including principal and interest invoices, swap invoices and bank fee invoices.

Assist in calculating cash waterfalls at month end and quarter end for the construction and operating draws.

Prepare month end, quarter end and ad‑hoc draw request packages for lenders.

Manage compliance deliverables for projects and liaise with lenders.

Help maintain databases used by the Treasury team including the Debt tracker, Cash Balances tracker, Bond tracker and Letter of Credit tracker.

Manage and process Letters of Credit applications including new issuances, increases, decreases, extensions, and expirations as well as negotiation of forms.

Manage bond issuance form review and paperwork.

Administer bank KYC requests for new accounts, paperwork and diligence around the opening and closing of bank accounts or updating users and signers.

Perform callbacks and compliance verifications for new vendors or payment detail changes.

Set up or release wire payments.

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of demonstrated experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting or related field.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

Demonstrated knowledge of treasury and cash management theories and regulations. Knowledge of current business law practices and tax implications.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and theory.

Proficiency with MS Office, Sage X3, Blackline and other financial software.

Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills.

Preferred Additional Responsibilities

Tax equity and sale‑leaseback projects to support month end draws and sale‑leaseback rent requests.

Assist with onboarding new projects and setting up reconciliation files and processes.

Assist with corporate level cash monitoring and reconciliation.

Experience in the energy, power, or renewable energy industry.

Salary/Compensation

The salary range is between $85k – $110k. In addition to base salary, this role includes a corporate bonus. This role may be hired at the Analyst or Senior Analyst level depending on experience.
