OB/GYN Physician – U.S. Navy (Active-Duty Physician) Nationwide | Full-Time In-Person | Obstetrics and Gynecology
Starting Annual Compensation: $228,055 to $305,090

Position Highlights:
$400,000 Accession Bonus!
$60,000 Specialty Incentive Pay
$8,000 Board Certification Pay
Exceptional Benefits – including full retirement, 30 days PTO, and more
12 Weeks Paid Maternity Leave – plus additional convalescent leave as needed
Work-Life Balance – no production pressures; focus solely on quality care
Generous Housing – housing stipend or free on-base housing

Responsibilities: Deliver full-spectrum OB/GYN services, including prenatal and postnatal care, labor and delivery, gynecologic surgeries, and treatment for reproductive health conditions. Provide care in both clinical and operational settings, ensuring the readiness, well‑being, and reproductive health of service members and their families.
Potential Practice Locations: Nationwide, including: California, Illinois, Washington, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, and more.
Minimum Qualifications:
MD or DO (or ECFMG Certified)
Board Certified / Board Eligible in OB/GYN (or in final year of residency)
Completion of an ACGME accredited OB/GYN residency (or in final year of residency)
Between the ages 21 and 57 (Title 10 U.S. Code section 531 and 532)
