Position Summary:

The Credit and Portfolio Manager holds dual responsibilities within ADMIS. In the Credit Manager capacity, the role focuses on counterparty risk management, conducting financial analysis and reviews of customers, CCPs, carrying brokers, and investment counterparties. The role develops and maintains risk measurement policies, monitors exposures, and establishes corresponding limits. In the Portfolio Manager capacity, the role oversees cash investments, managing financial risk, ensuring compliance with industry guidelines, and optimizing returns. The position reports to the ADMIS Treasurer and interacts with Risk, Compliance, and various affiliates, exchanges, brokers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and monitor customer business information, credit data, and financial statements to establish and maintain trading limits.

Analyze and monitor non-customer counterparty information and financial statements to manage counterparty exposure.

Obtain counterparty financial data and update the corresponding database of financial metrics.

Prepare periodic customer and non-customer counterparty credit reviews.

Participate in and support the Credit Risk Committee.

Further develop and maintain credit policy and procedures in compliance with firm objectives and regulatory requirements.

Assist with Treasury operational tasks or projects as assigned.

Continuously monitor portfolio performance and report to senior management.

Monitor and document investment and counterparty credit risks.

Develop and implement investment strategies based on financial objectives, regulatory guidelines and ADMIS risk tolerance.

Conduct thorough market analysis and regulatory review to support investment recommendations.

Present investment proposals to ADMIS leadership and the Credit Risk Committee.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.

10+ years of related experience.

Advanced financial data and statement analysis skills.

Advanced technical skills including Excel, Access, and SQL.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Professional engagement with internal colleagues at all levels and external counterparties.

Experience working in a culturally diverse and inclusive environment.

Ability to work with globally diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications (optional):

Experience in the futures trading industry or financial services.

Prior credit and financial analysis experience.

Prior fixed income investment experience.

Data management experience.

Benefits and Compensation:

Base pay: $125,000 – $175,000. The pay range may vary depending on market location and individual qualifications. Employees are on an at-will basis and subject to potential adjustments to base pay.

Complete benefit package includes 401(k)/ESOP, pension, health, life, and dental insurance; paid time off, paid holidays, adoption assistance, paid maternity and parental leave, tuition assistance, and company-sponsored training and development resources.

Minimum working hours are based on a full-time schedule; overtime is paid for qualifying hours.
