The Financial Data Analyst will be a member of the ADMIS Treasury Department, reporting directly to the Credit & Portfolio Manager. The primary role of this position will be to support the data-based analysis utilized by the Treasury team. The position requires interaction with all team members to understand and support company objectives. The position will also interact with ADMIS and ADM global affiliates, clearing exchanges, brokers and customers.
Other Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members to improve current report generation processes
Drive new analytic initiatives aimed at supporting department objectives
Identify, source, enhance and manage financial data
Prepare evaluations of the creditworthiness of ADMIS investment counterparties
Assist with impromptu client credit reviews
Manage the periodic credit review of FX client ECP qualifications
Perform Treasury operational tasks or projects as assigned

Bachelor's degree in a business-, finance-, or technology-related field
Strong core data literacy, including the ability to interpret charts, tables, and KPIs and to question data quality and assumptions
Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization techniques (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)
Working knowledge of basic statistical concepts (e.g., distributions, correlation, variance) and their application to financial and credit analysis
Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate data findings into practical recommendations
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain analytical results to non-technical stakeholders
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards)
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced database and analytics skills, including SQL and experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
Experience working with large or complex financial datasets, including data cleansing, reconciliation, and validation
Experience in the financial services industry, ideally within a credit, treasury, or risk management function
Familiarity with basic AI and machine-learning concepts relevant to financial analysis, such as predictive forecasting, anomaly detection, or scenario modeling
2+ years of experience in a credit, treasury, or financial data/analytics role
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of analytical projects, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00
