Overview Greenberg Traurig (GT) is a global law firm offering a full‑time opportunity for a 2nd‑ to 5th‑year traditional labor associate in its Boston Labor & Employment Practice. Responsibilities
Provide client counseling on labor relations and labor law matters.
Conduct research and write project documents for clients.
Represent clients in grievance arbitration, collective bargaining and union campaigns.
Advise on matters before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and state labor agencies.
Assist in negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements.
Offer guidance on employee benefits, including pension and health insurance projects.
Train management and human resources personnel on state and federal labor law requirements and compliance.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of traditional labor law experience, including client counseling, research, writing, grievance arbitration, collective bargaining, union campaigns, and NLRB matters.
Some employment litigation experience strong preferred.
Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar or eligible for admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
Strong academic credentials.

Compensation & Benefits Expected pay range:
$235,000 - $340,000
per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. Full‑time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus and the following benefits:
