Tax Director | Edmond - Oklahoma City, OK

You will work directly with partners who welcome ideas, support new initiatives and give you the freedom to build a tax function that reflects your standards.
As Tax Director you will take ownership of complex reviews, advisory work and client strategy across individuals, partnerships, corporations and multi‑entity groups. You will mentor the team, guide managers, improve processes and act as a key voice in firm‑wide decisions. This is a role for someone who enjoys responsibility and wants their work to genuinely matter.
What you will be doing
Leading the highest‑complexity reviews across individual, partnership and corporate engagements
Driving planning conversations and year‑round advisory strategies for key clients
Guiding and developing a growing team of tax professionals
Working directly with partners on pricing, process improvement and client management
Playing a central role in the long‑term shape and direction of the firm
