Responsibilities

Leading the highest complexity reviews across individual, partnership and corporate engagements

Driving planning conversations and year‑round advisory strategies for key clients

Guiding and developing a growing team of tax professionals

Working closely with partners on pricing, process improvement and client management

Playing a central role in the long‑term shape and direction of the firm

Qualifications

A CPA with deep Public Accounting experience

Someone confident in complex advisory work and client leadership

A natural mentor and steady leader who lifts the team around them

A professional who values stability, quality and long‑standing client relationships
