This is a full-time on-site role as a Cruise Specialist located in Miami, FL and Chandler, AZ. The Cruise Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support for cruises, including both ocean and river cruises. They will assist guests in planning their dream vacation and ensure a smooth booking process from start to finish. Qualifications
Customer Service and Sales skills Extensive knowledge and experience in the cruise industry Familiarity with various cruise lines and their offerings Ability to create and customize vacation packages based on customer preferences Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in travel booking systems and software On 12/22 we will begin hiring in-office Cruise Specialist for our Chandler, Miami, & Sawgrass offices with a February 9th start date!
